Even though this pickup is listed at Excellent, it's really brand new, never mounted. I bought it for a project guitar, but never got around to doing the project, instead I went in a totally different direction. So instead of having this pickup sitting around collecting dust, you can use the pickup for your guitar!

The Filter'Tron is an instantly recognizable classic used by many GRETSCH guitars dating back to the 1950s. FilterTron sound is clean and clear with excellent treble definition and midrange articulation. The bass is tight and focused without "hum". A filtertron sounds great with a nice 50s flavor. This pickup is a perfect replacement for older GRETSCH models and many others. This pickup would also make a great neck position replacement pickup for any guitar with a humbucker sized pickup cavity.
