This is a Vandoren AL3 Optimum alto sax mouthpiece in very good condition. I'm the original owner and the sale includes the mouthpiece.
Some slight teeth and ligature marks. The mouthpiece is great and has a good sound and response. Plays beautifully - the standard for classical saxophone sound!
Unfortunately, I haven't used it for a long while and it should go to a more appreciative home.
