JBL PRX915 15-Inch Powered Loudspeaker

The JBL PRX915 is a compact yet muscular 15-inch powered speaker engineered for touring, installed sound, and mobile applications where serious output cannot be compromised. Its composite cabinet with computer-modeled internal ribbing delivers controlled, focused projection from a remarkably portable platform.

Audio Performance & Coverage

With a 2000W peak / 1000W RMS Class-D amplifier and a 133 dB max SPL, this speaker commands venues ranging from mid-sized clubs to outdoor events. The combination of a 15-inch woofer with 2.5-inch voice coil and 1.5-inch neodymium tweeter produces articulate lows and clear highs, while 90° horizontal and 50° vertical dispersion ensures even coverage across typical stage configurations.

Control & Processing

On-board 12-band parametric EQ, automatic feedback suppression, and dbx Drive Rack technology provide comprehensive tone shaping without external processing. The JBL Pro Connect app manages up to 10 speakers simultaneously, while hardwired onboard color LCD controls offer immediate access to system settings, speaker delay, and preset configurations on the fly.
