ESP LTD Alex Wade XJ Signature 7-string Baritone Electric Guitar - Black Satin

This is an Alex Wade 7 string baritone that I have owned since 4/2025. I'm thinning the herd a bit, and I have an 8 string that covers the tuning this is currently in. Note that the original pickup has been replaced with a Lundgren M7 in order for my 8 string to allow it into the pack. It is picky like that.

It is currently strung with StringJoy 10-64 strings in A# standard (or Bb if you are pedantic I suppose), which is how it arrived from Sweetwater after they set it up. Given the current strings it should be fine in G / G# / A / A# depending on your preferred string tension, but tunings outside of that may need different string gauges and some work on the nut. It _might_ do B standard, but the tensions are getting close to the Evertune limits at that point.

I noticed a small chip near the input jack when I was taking pictures, which is ... unpleasant. Since the finish is matte I assume a Sharpie will take care of it, but I'm leaving that for the next owner.

This includes a new set of 10-64 strings along with the case / Evertune key / case keys / allen wrenches that it came with. It does NOT include the truss rod cover, but I'll edit this description to remove this sentence if I find it. It is likely hiding in another case.
