This a 1-of-200, made in Japan by Fender, FSR (Fender special run) Limited Edition Aerodyne Classic. It has a flame maple top with a crimson red transparent finish. The guitar is in MINT condition, BEAUTIFUL and plays and sounds fantastic. There is a minor blemish in the finish on the neck side in the lower cutout. It's a weird spot for an otherwise mint-condition guitar to have a ding, and it looks a bit like a factory blemish that somehow got overlooked. Either way it's not noticeable (unless you play upside-down like Jimi Hendrix) and is purely cosmetic. I actually didn't even know it was there until I polished it up for the photographs) I've owned it for a few years and it doesn't appear to have ever been gigged. I don't have the original case candy for it, but the serial number is JD18015643 and you can read about it on Fender's serial number lookup website. It did not come with its original padded gig bag, but I bought a really nice Fender hardshell pink fur-lined case for it and the guitar will ship in that case. I know the ad description says it's Dakota red, but the crimson red transparent finish with the flame maple top is so rare it's not in the drop-down list so I picked a red finish.
