Legendary Danish-made Tube-Tech CL 2A stereo optical compressor, widely regarded as one of the finest modern optical compressors ever built. Smooth, musical gain reduction with the classic warmth and depth that made Tube-Tech a staple in world-class recording studios.
The unit is in very good cosmetic condition and operates correctly; however, the tubes are due for replacement and should be considered part of a routine service before critical studio use. For this reason, the compressor is being offered at a price that reflects the cost of a fresh tube set.
An excellent opportunity for engineers, producers, collectors, or studios looking to acquire a flagship Tube-Tech compressor at a more accessible price point.
