Vintage Early 1960s DeArmond Tremolo Control Model 60B – Classic "Tin Can" Tremolo – Sold As-Is

Up for sale is an original early 1960s DeArmond Tremolo Control Model 60B, one of the most iconic effects units ever produced and the unmistakable source of the lush, pulsing tremolo heard on countless recordings from the 1950s and 1960s.

This unit is missing its power cable, so I have not been able to test it and it is being sold as-is for restoration or repair. Based on its condition, it will likely need the correct power cable and fresh fluid in the internal canister before being put back into service, though I cannot guarantee its operational status.

The DeArmond "tin can" tremolo was one of the first standalone guitar effects and has been used by legendary players ranging from Bo Diddley and Duane Eddy to countless surf, rockabilly, blues, and vintage rock artists.
