This guitar has been tested and all electronics are in working order.
My focus was using it to create a piece of art; I consider this essentially a working, playable piece of art. It is currently showing in my St. Louis art gallery, 31art gallery.
The front of the body was painted by me personally.
The portions of the guitar that I painted are no longer factory finish and therefore would not hold up to the same protection as a factory finish. I used spray paints and oil based paints. The paints hold up great to general playing/use, but is more susceptible to scratching than a factory finish. It won't rub off and can be cleaned with a light cleaner, like Windex. No clear coat has been applied.
I have the action set up at 4/32 to 3/32 at 12. Oiled fretboard. Adjusted truss rod. Sounds great. Ready to play!!!
