The Rickenbacker 330, one of Rickenbacker's flagship models!
The 330, launched in 1958 as part of the standard series with a large body, initially featured a rounded Capri shape. However, in 1961, the body shape changed significantly, with changes to the cutaway's horn shape and a thinner body.
This particular 330 features the shape from 1961 onwards and is equipped with the R-tailpiece adopted in 1964.
It's fitted with high-gain pickups.
Overall, it has a light and crisp sound character, and not only does it produce clean tones, but it also delivers a nice crunchy sound, allowing for rock-style tones as well!
