Strandberg Boden Standard N2.6T - Black Satin Metallic #C2513588

The Strandberg Boden Standard N2.6T in Black Satin Metallic delivers the company's groundbreaking ergonomic design philosophy in a streamlined, performance-focused instrument built for the demands of today's guitarist. Sleek, modern, and unmistakably Strandberg, this model pairs innovative engineering with exceptional playability, offering a remarkably comfortable playing experience that encourages creativity and technical expression. Its Black Metallic Satin finish presents a refined and contemporary appearance, accentuating the guitar's distinctive Boden silhouette with understated elegance.

Constructed from lightweight basswood, the Boden Standard N2.6T offers a balanced tonal foundation characterized by clarity, warmth, and excellent midrange response. The body's compact dimensions and ergonomic contours create a natural connection between player and instrument, whether seated in the studio or performing on stage. Weighing just 5 lbs 9 oz, the guitar feels exceptionally light and well-balanced, reducing fatigue during extended playing sessions while maintaining a resonant and responsive acoustic character.

The roasted maple neck is built around Strandberg's acclaimed EndurNeck profile, a revolutionary design developed to promote a more relaxed and efficient playing position. Reinforced with titanium rods and paired with a double-expanding steel truss rod, the neck provides outstanding stability and reliability across varying climates and performance environments. The roasted maple fretboard features a smooth 20-inch radius and 24 stainless steel frets, including a stainless steel zero fret that contributes to consistent tone and precise intonation across open and fretted notes. Original Luminlay green position markers and side dots ensure clear visibility under low-light stage conditions, allowing players to navigate the fretboard with confidence.

A hallmark of the Boden design is its multi-scale construction, featuring a scale length that ranges from 25 to 25.5 inches. This carefully engineered configuration enhances string balance, improves tuning stability, and delivers remarkable clarity across the entire frequency range. Chords remain focused and articulate, while lead passages feel fluid and responsive. Complementing the multi-scale layout is the Arc TILT 6-string multiscale tremolo bridge, which provides smooth vibrato performance and excellent tuning reliability when paired with the proprietary Arc string locking system.

For players seeking versatility without compromise, the Boden Standard N2.6T is equipped with a premium set of Seymour Duncan Blackened pickups. The Blackened Pegasus Trembucker in the bridge position delivers tight lows, articulate mids, and a focused high-end response ideal for modern rock, progressive styles, and high-gain applications. In the neck position, the Blackened Sentient offers exceptional clarity, warmth, and dynamic sensitivity, making it equally suited for expressive clean passages and soaring lead work. The passive electronics system features master volume and master tone controls alongside a five-way pickup selector that unlocks a wide range of sounds, from powerful humbucking tones to articulate single-coil-inspired textures and unique hybrid voices that excel across a broad spectrum of musical genres.

Finished with black satin hardware and supplied with a Strandberg Standard Gig-Bag, the Boden Standard N2.6T Black Satin Metallic represents a perfect balance of innovation, comfort, and performance. Every detail has been thoughtfully engineered to enhance the playing experience, resulting in an instrument that feels effortlessly modern while delivering the tonal flexibility and reliability demanded by today's musicians.
