A unique take on the original 60’s Vox Teardrop guitar. This is a 2013 limited run reissue that was only available in Japan and France upon debut. This Vox Mark III is in immaculate condition and has the notable almost semi-hollow jangle with a unique SSS pickup positioning. Cool spin on classic design, shape, and playability of the original model.
Strange, rare, original and fully functioning. Comes with the hardshell case, whammy bar, and owners manual all seen in photos. Excellent shape, really looks like brand new. Great guitar to pay homage to any Vox fan or collector.

“The Mark III "droplet" shaped guitar was introduced by Vox in 2013. It utilized the basswood body and 22 fret maple and rosewood neck from the Apache I guitar. Unlike the Apache 1, the Mark III featured three single coil pickups, a five position pickup selector and a vibrato arm. The Apache 1 and the Mark III shared a 24" (610 mm) scale length.
The 2013 Mark III was not available in the United States, but it was offered by Vox dealers in Japan and throughout Europe.”
