Personal Thoughts:
This is a seriously cool Custom Shop Dinky and exactly the sort of spec that makes sense on a high-end Jackson. The Neon Green finish gives it loads of attitude straight away, but the rest of the build is every bit as strong as the colour suggests. The caramelized quartersawn maple neck, ebony board, stainless frets and compound radius should make it feel incredibly fast and stable, while the Floyd Rose and HSH layout keeps it firmly in that proper high-performance superstrat lane. I also really like the pickup choice here. The JB and ’59 is such a proven combination, and with the SSL-2 in the middle it should cover a lot of ground without losing that focused Jackson feel. It has all the right ingredients for a very serious player’s guitar, but still looks bold enough to stand out from across the room. A very strong USA Custom Shop build.
