200 were made in ’59 and this one is in nice condition with no breaks or repairs, and besides being refretted it’s 100% original.
Some dings and wear, most are around the edges but the top is in great shape with a few small dings. Finish checking throughout, especially to the top, backside has no buckle rash and hasn’t faded much if any and the neck has some beautiful grain. Frets aren’t original but look new, zero fretboard wear and the hardware is in excellent condition. Limited to 25 pics so let me know if you need closeups of anything. You should be able to zoom in on those provided to get a good view of everything.
Standard sized LPJR 1 piece mahogany body with a 19 fret 22.75” scale neck attached at the 14th fret with a Brazilian rosewood board. Same body, hardware and pickup as the standard offering but smaller neck dimensions intended for students, has a 1.6” nut and a nice C profile. Plays great and sounds just as good. Great couch guitar!
Includes an Epi HSC that's in great shape, a bit long but fits the body perfectly and supports the neck adequately.
