This is a solid starter interface for home recording. I recorded stereo audio out of my Strymon Iridium with this and received a ton of positive feedback on the audio quality. The unit is power two ways, through USB and through the power cable. The power cable input came loose and doesn't work. It wasn't a problem since I powered it through USB from my computer.
Some of the Temu gear is junk, not this one specifically.
