Vintage 12AX7 Tube Lot – 9 Tested USA-Made 12AX7s + 1 Vintage 5175 Tube

Up for sale is a lot of 10 vintage preamp tubes, including nine USA-made 12AX7 tubes and one 5175 tube, a lower-gain 12AX7 substitute that offers additional clean headroom and a smoother response in many applications.

All tubes have been tested and show good emission with plenty of useful life remaining. These tubes came from a large collection of vintage American and European vacuum tubes and have been carefully screened for functionality.

Please note that most of the original brand markings have worn off over the years, making positive manufacturer identification difficult. (2- Baldwin and one GE) However, based on their construction, all nine 12AX7s appear to be vintage USA-made tubes from well-known American manufacturers of the era. The 5175 tube is included as a useful bonus and can be a great option for players looking to tame gain while increasing clean headroom in guitar amplifiers.
