Extremely Special and Rare, Randy Hansen Signature Boutique All Tube amplifier.

Built by Donald Mills (Seattle, WA) specifically for Randy's Jimi Hendrix tribute performances in smaller clubs. Very few of these have ever been built.

3-dimensional cleans with an earthy midrange and breakup when cranked. Akin to a JTM-45. Based on a 5E3 Tweed Deluxe circuit (but customized for Randy's exacting specs).

All top shelf components such as Heyboer Transformer, Carbon Comp Resisters, Sprague, TAD, and Mojo capacitors. Point-to-Point Hand-wired; no printed circuit board. Cloth covered wire completes the signal circuitry. Solid core wire serves the filaments. The amp is all tube powered, including the all-important tube rectifier. The pre amp section uses a 12AX7 tube in V1. For more clean tones, a 12AY7 tube may be safely substituted. 12AX7 Phase Inverter and carefully matched 6V6 JJ Power Tubes. 5Y3 Rectifier Tube. The tube rectifier is responsible for the soft, gentle response and "sag" that defines the tones of Rock & Roll and Blues.
