We have received a used “American Professional II Jazz Bass,” a current standard model from Fender USA.

This lineup evolves the Fender sound—which has long enriched the music scene—into a sound that fits today’s diverse musical landscape, while prioritizing playability.

It is popular among a wide range of players thanks to its comfortable neck shape and finish that enables smooth fingering.

The body is crafted from alder, a traditional wood material. The neck-to-body joint features a 5-point plate joint, designed to improve playability in the higher registers.

The sound is characterized by a balanced low end and clear, responsive highs.

When played with fingers, it produces a well-defined, full-bodied tone, and when played with a slap technique, you can clearly feel the crisp attack.

Regarding the condition, there are minor scratches overall, some dents and scratches on the back of the body, and minor dents on the headstock. While it shows signs of use, it remains in relatively good condition.

Some wear is visible on the frets, but this does not currently cause any issues, and the instrument is still fully playable.

The electronics are in good working order and can be used with confidence.
