Fender Stratocaster Tremolo bridge unit with pat pend saddles

Its all there as far as the unit is concerned, unfortunately I dont have the claw.

Its showing lots of wear, corrosion, patina and what ever else you want to call it.

I had always assumed it to be an original late 1960s unit as it was on a 60s bitsa that I bough for myself a few years back, Im now more inclined to think that it is most likely a very early 80s AVRI,

So there it is, could be an original 60s part or could be a later version, either way it would suit a relic or a vintage 60s guitar given the prices that these are commanding it may be a good solution.
