There have only been a handful of Gretsches I have had that were this clean. If I have to point to something and explain away it may have had a neckset at some point, the main reason I say that is the rear plug hiding the screw is a different color. It was very well done, and the guitar plays incredible. The side plug looks factory. Other than this, very clean, very straight, some original paperwork, clean case and no issues. I believe the finish was called dark cherry red, it has browned out over the years but is still gorgeous. We sold this guitar 5 or 6 years ago, and our customer took very good care of it. Very little fret wear, and ready to boogie! Thanks for looking!
