Here is a Gibson EH-100 Lap Steel Guitar in exceptionally clean condition. It is rare to see any of these Gibson lap steels from the 1930's and 1940's in this kind of condition. Even the back of the guitar shows very little sign of any wear. This has the two screw back which are nice compared to the Gibson lap steels with the removable back and a ton of screws. It has what I believe are the original tuners, original knobs, bridge, pickup etc. The guitar plays and sounds great and comes with the Geib Chicago case. All of the latches on the case work and the handle is definitely worn but still functioning! I would rate the guitar as excellent, but since it is vintage I will let the pics do the talking and just say it is in very good condition. Click on the pics for some really large hi-res images showing lots of detail.
