Up for grabs is ONE pair of used (lightly relic'd) Gibson (manufactured by Advanced Plating API for Gibson) Brushed Satin NICKEL finish Studs (mounting pieces) and Silver finish Anchors (inserts) 2010s ( specifically 2014), for PTTP Brushed Satin NICKEL Finish Stop Bar Tail piece (Stop Bar Tailpiece NOT included).

The threads are USA / Imperial -- SAE 5/16 - 24

• To cover myself - I put the condition as Good (more so for the STUDS). But I feel that the STUDS are in Very Good shape (your opinion might differ).
• The ANCHORS are in near Excellent shape.

NOTE - Please review all of the pictures because in some of the pictures - the imperfections on the STUDS (esp the top side and top side center area and center edges) do not show up accurately and look cleaner than they actually are.

Also to better show the imperfections - some of the pictures were taken in a lower light. In these pictures - the brushed Satin Nickel Finish looks duller / different than it looks like in person.

This color / type of finish is not a finish on Gibson hardware that Gibson sells for retail (like music in / for stores or on their website). Therefore I do not have a specific number. It is a finish that is for their hardwas that Gisbon (or API) makes for certain year - model guitars / basses that Gibson manufactures. In this case - a 2014 Gibson LPJ (guitar NOT included).

In case you're wondering - I do NOT have the Brushed Satin NICKEL finish Tail Piece (Stop Bar). I sold it several years ago.

The STUDS were on a used 2014 Gibson LPJ (NOTE: this model guitar came stock with the the Satin NICKEL finish tail piece & bridge). I NO longer have the LPJ - Several years ago- I parted it out and sold most of the parts - as well as the the body + neck.

I sold the Stop Bar - Tail Piece and the Nashville Bridge (without the mounting pieces) several years ago. They were imprinted Advanace Plating and API.

• NOTE: In case you don't already know - Advanced Plating, Inc. (API) began manufacturing metal hardware and parts for Gibson guitars in the late 1990s to early 2000s.

Anyway - now I am thinning out some of my other guiatr parts. And while for things to sell on REVERB - I came across these STUDS / ANCHORS in a box with other guitar parts. Only the Brushed Satin NICKEL finish Studs (mounting pieces) and Silver finish Anchors (inserts) are for sale in this listing.

CONDITION (specific details):

They are generally clean - with very light surface discoloration and some very tiny nicks.

TOP SIDE of Top Part: Main Areas are clean with minor surface cloudiness. The Center Edges: One Side has one tiny nick / the Other Side has about two very small nicks. The Slot Area has very light surface discoloration.

OUTER Area of TOP Part: Very clean.

Area that Tailpiece Sits (tailpiece NOT included): It has a thin not too light -/ not too deep - visible circular groove in the metal exopsing the metal under the finish.

Circular Part above Threaded Part: Very clean.

Threaded Part: Most areas are clean. The center area has a small amount of light discoloration

TOP SIDE of Top Part: The Top Outer Edge has a very tiny nick. Main Areas are clean with minor surface cloudiness. The Center Edges: One Side has a few tiny nicks and a very small nick / the Other Side has about two very small nicks. The Slot Area has very light surface discoloration.

OUTER Area of TOP Part: Very clean.

Area that Tailpiece Sits (tailpiece NOT included): It has a thin not too light -/ not too deep - visiibe 1/2 circular groove (not all the way around) in the metal exopsing the metal under the finish, a very short scratch exposing the metal under the finish, and a few tiny nicks.

Circular Part above Threaded Part: Very clean.

Threaded Part: Many areas are clean. The center area has a few very short light scratches in the metal exposing the metal under the finish, a few very small nicks, and a small amount of light - but visible - discoloration.

The ANCHORS (for the STUDS) are extras that I had. They fit the STUDS fine.

• The ANCHORS for the Studs are USA/Imperial: They feature coarse knurling and an SAE 5/16"-24 thread. The anchors have an outer diameter of 1/2" or 13mm. They are 7/8 inches high. They are made of steel and it looks like they have have silver finish.

They are generally clean - with very light surface discoloration and some very tiny nicks.

I know that the Brushed Nickel Finish Gibson hardware parts (made by API) are kind of rare.

And since they are lightly relic'd from real player's use - they look cool. You can let them get more relic'd from your actual use -- or you can mess with them to relic them more.

Heads up - on hand - available for sale upon request (additional cost) I still have the mounting pieces and anchors for the BRIDGE. The post have 5mm diameter non-threaded upper section where the bridge rests. The threaded section that screws into the body anchors is M5 thread (about 4.76mm diameter).
