The specs are:
Body: Anniversary size, standard point body with Cocoa Bolo in front, maple stripe and mahogany body. The neck consists of maple and purple heart with crown headstock.
Electronics: 3 double coil Dimarzio Dual Sound pickups, three on/off toggle switches, phase switches and active electronics.
The original Alembic pickups are included in the hard shell case in case one desires to change the pickups back to those, but the Dual Sound pickups are the same that Jerry Garcia used on his Tiger, which was the inspiration for the design of this guitar.
What makes this guitar different is that it was custom designed for me, so there are no other Alembic guitars designed exactly the same. I am the original and sole owner of this guitar since it was designed for me in 1994. It has been played at countless gigs over the years. Also, as shown in 2 pictures, I had the pleasure of letting Phil Lesh check it out and play it 20 years ago. The signature on the back of the headstock is not Phil's, but is actually Frank Gambale, my favorite fusion guitarist.
Financial issues force me to part with this beautiful instrument, which I truly regret.
