The Taylor Gold Label 712e introduces a fresh tonal character to Taylor’s heritage-inspired lineup, blending warm, seasoned acoustic response with modern playability and refined craftsmanship. Built around a compact Grand Concert body with slightly increased depth, the Gold Label 712e delivers impressive low-end richness, dynamic projection, and blooming harmonic complexity while maintaining exceptional comfort for players of all styles and statures.
Its solid Indian rosewood back and sides paired with a torrefied Sitka spruce top create a voice that is both articulate and deeply resonant. Fingerstyle players will appreciate the sparkling highs and note separation, while flatpickers and strummers will enjoy the expanded low-end response and rich overtone content. Taylor’s Fanned V-Class bracing with Tonal Rout enhances sustain, resonance, and overall balance across the frequency spectrum, while the Action Control Neck system provides excellent comfort and precise adjustability.
Vintage-inspired details complete the aesthetic, including cream binding, Crest inlays, a Honduran rosewood Curve Wing bridge, Firestripe pickguard, and a natural gloss finish. Equipped with LR Baggs Element VTC electronics, the Gold Label 712e is equally at home on stage, in the studio, or in intimate acoustic settings.
