1960s Teisco Del Rey ET-440 in good condition

All 4 pick up selectors work. Great tones can be achieved with several combinations of pickups working together. FUN x 4!

The 3-way switch - Rhythm, Bass, Solo work. Rhythm and Bass sound similar and a bit muddied. The Solo position sounds bright and loud.

A new jack has been professionally installed.

The bridge is not original to the guitar. The straight bridge works fine with the neck radius. The original mounting holes are present beneath the bridge. A slight marring of the finish shows at this area.

Tremolo assembly works well. It unfortunately displays a circular gouge from the lock washer loosening.

The worn, faded floral pattern pickguard looks good although there is a small piece near the tone knob and jack that has been glued back together. The screws fastening the pickguard to the body are not original.

Volume and Tone controls are smooth without any 'scratchy' sounds.

Frets are a bit thin, but still very playable.

This close to 60 year old guitar displays paint scuffs, chips, checks, dings, and scratches. Another owner (or ex) lightly scratched 'I Hate You' on the back of the guitar. A ding on the back of the neck is also shown in the photos.

Badges are not present - Head stock, Made in.....on back on head stock, Beneath the neck plate - no model or serial number.

Includes Roadrunner hard shell case which is a bit oversized, but it's a case!
