Vintage Harmony H-162? Acoustic Guitar | 60s-70s | Natural | As-is Project
You are viewing a Vintage Harmony Acoustic in a Natural Finish. Not sure of model number, maybe an H-162 or an H6362 and we also cannot find any serial numbers. This guitar has been professionally set up by our in-house guitar technicians to play and sound its best. For the best look at the cosmetic condition of this guitar, please view the photos (video to follow.)
Info/Features:
We are listing this guitar as an as is project. As the neck has been re-glued at the headstock, number of repaired cracks on the back, & body , far too many nicks and scratches to list. However, guitar plays and sounds very good. There is some buzzing past the 10th fret, the bridge has been planed but the neck has not been reset. The original Bridge/Saddle was replaced with a solid piece and it gives a better tone. The machine heads have been replaced with a vintage-style open gear tuner, very great quality, although not original they are a lot better. The finish of this guitar is beat to hell, (please view photos!) Some people would say it has a LOT of character. Truss rod cover and bridge pins are not original. Bottom line, if you're looking for a cool late 60s/early 70s made in USA harmony guitar, this is for you.
