Rare vintage Biamp DJ5600 Disco Mixer from the golden era of nightclub and mobile DJ gear. The DJ5600 was Biamp’s flagship disco/DJ mixer in the mid-1990s and is known for its warm analog sound and rugged rackmount design.

This mixer has been tested and serviced with the following work completed:

  • All faders and knobs cleaned using DeOxit
  • Several faders and potentiometers replaced with new components
  • Some tact switches replaced
  • All major functions tested and operational

Cosmetically, the mixer shows normal vintage wear including rack rash, scratches, and signs of age consistent with professional use.

Please read the following carefully before purchasing:

  • Unit has a low background hum present when idle/no music is playing, likely related to the aging internal power transformer
  • Some knobs produce static when adjusted
  • Cue section is especially noisy/static-heavy and can be loud during operation
  • Due to the age and vintage nature of the unit, additional maintenance or restoration may eventually be needed

Despite the noted issues, the mixer still delivers that classic 90s analog DJ sound and would make a great piece for collectors, vintage DJ setups, studios, or restoration projects.

Selling AS-IS with NO RETURNS due to age, vintage electronics, and known faults.
