12" ALNICO SPEAKER 16 OHM SIXTEEN OHM JENSEN P12Q 1960s COMPLETELY RE-FABRICATED LIKE NEW PMR SPEAKER

Up for grabs is this COMPLETELY overhauled, beefed up, re-fabricated, hot rodded Jensen P12Q...

If you want that old "Power-Vintage" tonality that's slightly magnetically saturated, slightly chimney with some bell, and with a very wide detailed response then this is the one.That whizzer cone extends response well beyond what the main could on it's own, so you lead guys or slide players will love this one..

It was done at PMR with all new OEM/ AMERICAN components so there are NO after market, replacement, India made stuff or Chyna crap In it, but only AMERICAN made parts..

Everything from the voice coil out to the front mounting gaskets is brand new. It was even shot with a fresh coat of black lacquer to make it look new, and the OEM numbers were retained and masked off...

............Basically- if it wasn't magnet or metal- it was replaced, so she's basically a new speaker again....

*Surround- Paper/ lightly treated with ReZon-Ex..

*Voice coil former- high temp Kapton /Kraft paper wrapped

*Voice coil impedance- 16 Ohms. SIXTEEN Ohms

* Coil diameter- 1.250"

*Power- 40 watts RMS

*Dust Cap- repressed pulp

*Whizzer- 4" OD repressed pulp

*Response- 68Hz- 8.5Khz

*SPL- 95dB

*Weight- 4.25 pounds

..........Ran under full diagnostics and operates without any rubbing, smoking, buzzing, holes, rips, or tears, it's basically a new speaker again, only BETTER with those additions..
