These monitors are in excellent working condition with the exception of a few cosmetic scratches to the exterior (see photos). I've loved working on these, but I upgraded to a larger set of monitors and they are no longer needed in my studio.
Bi-Amplified With Matched Amplifiers. The Genelec 8040A features a bi-amplified design with a 6.5-inch woofer and ¾-inch metal dome tweeter, complete with matched amplifiers for optimised audio performance. The amplifier unit is located on the rear of the enclosure.
