Basically mint condition with case, and shock mount. Is a very crisp, transformer coupled, multi-pattern mic. One of the most detailed, transparent sounds I've heard. The quality of these is crazy - the inside looks like a Neumann mic, plus you can switch the capsule voltage internally for more relaxed vintage tone or more responsive, modern sound at 60v.
