1960 Harmony Rocket H59
Overall, excellent condition in my opinion, based on its age… It was obviously well taken care of… minor signs use, but no signs of cracks brakes or repairs. Custom cut and very precise metal pickguard was created at some point to replace the original one… Extremely high-quality. Tailpiece may not be original. Tuning keys do not appear to be original but are clearly near period and nearly as old as the guitar from my appearances. One key is slightly bent, but fully functional. Pick-ups and wiring all appear to be original. Knobs And switch appear to be original. Bridge is not original, but definitely an upgrade in our opinion. Neck has a slight bow but still fully playable with very very minimal fret buzz… Ernie Ball 10-46 regular slinky‘s on the guitar. The guitar is very very playable with excellent tone and volume with minimal very minimal fret buzz under normal moderate aggressive playing. No bag or case unless asked for in an offer. Will be professionally packed for safe arrival.
Recent information shared with us… “this guitar was made in 1960 not just the "60's" making this one of the 1st H59's to roll out. … I'm pretty sure the tail (piece) is original..”
