This is Firefly's take on an Epiphone Casino, and it is very good! I own both and this will do a very good job for those Beatles' tunes. At 6.6 pounds it is a very light and balanced guitar on the lap. The P90-style pickups are very close to the originals. The guitar has 22 stainless-steel ball end frets and should never need a re-fret. I have set the action low with no buzz.
The bad stuff- It is not a true hollow body despite the trapeze , so not quite as resonant. There is a small flaw finish under the clear coat as pictured near the tone knobs. The guitar never had a pick guard.
