Hello vintage Rogers drum fans.

Here we have a vintage Rogers Powertone Meteor snare drum. Early label most likely from the 1950s.

Chrome over brass shell.

Very low serial numbers 7923, Cleveland, OH production. Rogers paper tag inside the sell in excellent condition.

Rare find with original Bread and Butter lugs. All original lugs in excellent condition -- NO LUG CRACKS! As I am sure you know, most of these vintage drums with Bread and Butter lugs had significant lug cracking issues. Not this drum!

One of the most well made snare drums from one of the premier American made drum companies.

Beautiful original drum.

Very clean chrome over brass shell finish with some areas of very light surface wear. Comes with original Rogers clock face black face throw off (old style), original Rogers butt plate, original Rogers Tall Boy Hoops, original internal muffler with external muffler control dial. All components in excellent working order. One very small dimple in the shell exterior near the vent hole and not very noticeable -- dents and depressions are somewhat common on these soft brass shells. Shell interior in bearing edges in excellent condition.

Heavy well built drum that delivers exceptional tone with outstanding volume and projection in a very wide tuning range.

Remo heads top and bottom both in excellent condition.

Fast, insured shipping. No disappointments.
