Rare opportunity, read Carefully.
Microphones modes by Stephen Hazelton. Removed Power transformer from the inside, and changed the tube sockets and circuit from the original 2 x ef12 tube for 2 x 12ay7/6072
The mod is to make an RFT Church edition, the same mod that Stanley Church did on u47 changing the VF14 tube to a 12ay7.
The RFT 7151 has two tubes inside showcasing incredible accurate amplification with the rare transformer alloys from the 1940-50s in Germany.
The body of the mics original where made from thin metal, we copper plated them, and then gold plated them, created real shield to the inside electronics and true beauty.
Included
2 x RFT 7151 bodies
2 x Custom shockmount
2 x M7 capsules in excellent shape
1 x PSU
1 x 5 pin cable.
2 x Custom adapter to put akg ck capsule in bottle mics.
The second power supply has to be built if anyone wants to use them in stereo. We currently only use one at a time, and one mic has new JJ 12ax7 which are super clean and the second mic has vintage GE five star 6072. We get two distinct sounds.
