1980 Slingerland 10 lug wooden 5 ply Magnum Slapshot COW snare drum in absolutely beautiful condition, the pics do NOT do this drum justice because its soooo hard to portrait because of the MIRROR like chrome wrap throughout this drum NO rust or surface cut thru scratches anywhere all hardware is gleaming chrome in my opinion Id say the hardware on a scale from 1 to 10 is a good 9+ and the chrome wrap is a 9- some light surface micro polishing scratches only , in all due fairness of a 45 year old drum that's remarkable right, and all original to drum ,the hot lacquer finish is beautifully preserved with a honey patina color after 45 years. This drum with 6 precision tunning points is an incredible sounding (no snare buzz at all, anywhere!!!!) & a very under rated snare drum, another great piece of Slingerlands drum line up & any true collector would love to add to their collection!!!
