Phaez's take on a Blackface Deluxe Reverb on steroids- more tweakability without the extra fluff. Definitely nails the sought after DR springy clean tones, and has that excellent aggressive, organic blackface roar when pushed. It also has a tighter attack and bass response compared to your standard Deluxe Reverb, and takes pedals as a pedal platform extremely well.
Controls include Gain, Treble, Middle, Bass, Bright, and a Master Volume, with effects loop with send, return, and level control. The DRRI will only give you treble and bass knobs in the tone stack, while I've found the middle and bright knobs to be essential to sculpting tone. Moreover, with the master volume, you can slam the amp's front end at reasonable volumes. Great for families and sound guys. And trust me- when you hear this thing roar you'll want to push it all the time.
Excellent Condition- Super clean, except for a single slight nick on the front panel. See pictures.
Comes with the nice sleek black tolex cabinet already built, and is currently running JJ 3x 12ax7s and 2x 6v6s.
