The Player is a triple switch/low-pass gate. Each channel has one input and one output, with a built-in logic (Lopez) gate. You can change the routing in your setup simply by pressing the button or by sending triggers or gates into the centre gate input. It’s an incredibly handy tool — basically a playable switch — that lets you route any audio signal or control voltage exactly how you want, all controlled by a clock. Think of it as a switch you can control externally with LFOs, triggers, or gates, opening up tons of creative possibilities.
