Everything works but the capstan motor needs rebuilt (it’s grinding when playing) which isn’t terribly difficult to do, I just upgraded to the 246 so I don’t need this anymore. If I get around to rebuilding/lubricating the motor (I’ve done a few tascam motor rebuilds) then I’ll probably fully service it with new belts and caps and triple the price. There is a little crack/hole in the faceplate as pictured and some scratches on the top but nothing that effects playability.
