This is a 2011 Indonesian Schecter Diamond Series Damien Special Electric Guitar in Red. This model features a solid mahogany body with a bolt-on C- shaped neck and string-through body design. The Damien Special model was delivered equipped with a pair of EMG active pickups (81 in the bridge and 85 in the neck), though I find the bridge pickup a bit too thin for my liking. These pickups are voiced for high-output tones, perfect for heavy rock and metal genres. The guitar's maple neck is very comfortable, and the rosewood fingerboard ensures smooth playability across the 24 extra-jumbo frets. Additional features include a Tune-O-Matic bridge with string-through-body design for enhanced sustain and tuning stability. Freshly set up with D'Addario's nickel wound XL 0.09 strings.
There are a few very light scuffs on the back of the guitar on the upper bout. I have tried to capture them in the photos. Please let me know if you would like additional images.
