This is a Paul Stanley Signature Washburn PS-2000 Rose. Only 50 produced, this one is number 46. Made in the USA at the Washburn Custom Shop. Signed by Paul Stanley. Autograph has been lacquered over to preserve the signature. Certificate of authenticity is included along with a case and two extra mirror pickguards.
The guitar was restored 3 years ago by Jim Cara due to moisture exposure. Jim Cara notably does/has done guitar work for Ace Frehley, Gene Simmons and Lita Ford. The restoration included paint, woodwork, and binding. The fretboard and inlays were reconditioned and it has been re-fretted with jumbo frets as well. The guitar plays excellently. Action is low and smooth. Electronics work perfectly. The neck is straight with slight relief. However, the nut of the truss rod has broken off and the truss rod is seized in place.
