We have a used 2008 Warwick Thumb Bass in stock.

The Thumb Bass is one of Warwick’s signature models.

This model features a bubinga body, a laminated neck (through-neck design) made of ovangkol, and an ebony fingerboard—a wood configuration that’s quintessentially German.

Although it has a 34-inch scale length, the inclusion of 26 frets is a specification unique to the through-neck Thumb Bass.

Warwick is said to have been the first to use bubinga wood, which is now commonly used,

and on the Thumb Bass, this bubinga body is particularly significant.

Perhaps due to the benefits of this very heavy wood, the dense, brilliant sound is the quintessential Thumb Bass sound, and it is truly captivating.

The instrument shows signs of use, including dents, scratches, and some discoloration on the parts.

The frets have about 70% life remaining; there is no noticeable grating in the controls, and the truss rod has plenty of adjustment left.

One control knob has been replaced.

Please give it a try.
