This is the Ernie Ball VP Jr. 250K passive volume pedal, model P06180. It's a compact version of their full-size pedal, 22% smaller footprint, built for passive guitar pickups with a 250K pot. Smooth sweep for precise volume control, and it has a tuner output jack for silent tuning. Rugged aircraft-grade aluminum chassis holds up to heavy use.

Under the footplate behind the input jack, there's a micro taper switch that lets you choose between two volume swell ratesGÇöfast or slowGÇöfor swells and swells. Uses a tough Kevlar cable connected to stainless steel springs for reliable pedal action. No power needed since it's fully passive.

Works great early in the chain to control your overall level or for swells. Being passive, it might roll off some highs if you have a long pedalboard after itGÇöconsider a buffer downstream if that's an issue.
