This compressor uses VACTROLS (optocouplers) instead of the more common VCA for compression control!
It adds rich, beautiful, and full-bodied sustain to guitars and basses. The compression is strong and firm, resulting in a very mild tone with a texture that clings to your fingers. The DC jack is a mini-jack. This particular unit features a textured, embossed finish, commonly known as "Bloody Orange."
