Selling an Electro-Harmonix Soul Food overdrive, based on the Klon circuit and modified by JHS to replicate the original tone as closely as possible. This is the discontinued JHS “Meat & 3” mod.

The side toggle offers three modes:

– Down: stock silicon clipping

– Middle: diode lift / no diodes, more open and ideal as a clean boost

– Up: germanium diodes, warmer and less compressed

There is also a side bass boost knob, allowing further low-end adjustment.

Excellent condition, with a few cosmetic scratches. Already fitted with Velcro.

Original box included, with the JHS labels on the box certifying the modification.

I bought it after watching Eirik Stordrange’s comparison video, “Klon Centaur VS JHS Pedals ‘Meat & 3’ modded EHX Soul Food (comparison)”, where the two pedals sound virtually indistinguishable.
