Martin / 1967 D-28

A symbol of tradition and style that continues to resonate for over half a century.
The Martin D-28, a landmark in the world of acoustic guitars. Among them, models from the 1960s still exude a special presence today.

This time, we introduce a vintage D-28 from Martin's mature period. The reason why it continues to be loved across generations is immediately apparent the moment you hold it.

The top is made of Sitka spruce, and the sides and back are made of Brazilian rosewood. Jacaranda wood is a high-grade wood known for its beautiful grain and unique harmonic richness. Due to regulations, it is now difficult to obtain, and 1960s Martin D-28s, in particular, are highly sought after.

The neck is made of mahogany, and the fingerboard and bridge are made of ebony, demonstrating the highest quality in every aspect of wood selection and processing.

The finest sound, cultivated over more than 50 years. Each note has a crisp attack and rich sustain, responding instantly to the player's touch with remarkable sensitivity.

The bass is majestic yet clearly defined, while the mid-to-high frequencies are sweet yet distinct. With strumming, the rich resonance fills the entire room, and with fingerpicking, even the most subtle nuances can be expressed. The D-28's characteristic low-end thickness remains intact, making its presence particularly evident in recording studios and on stage.

This guitar exhibits natural weather checking and playwear from years of use, giving it the distinctive character of a vintage instrument.

Appropriate repairs and adjustments have been made as needed, and it is in remarkably good condition for a vintage guitar.

For those seeking a guitar to cherish for a lifetime, the 1967 Martin D-28 is
a "work of art" that fuses craftsmanship and musical history, and a "partner" that resonates with the player's sensibilities.

Experience the timeless sound and presence for yourself.
