Seagull Artist Series Mahogany Spruce CW acoustic-guitar w-TRIC case NICE 2001

2001 Seagull Artist Series Mahogany Spruce Cutaway. Handmade in the village of LaPatrie Quebec Canada. This is an early artist series which pre-dates the studio and mosaic. Solid Sitka Spruce top. Solid Mahogany back. Mahogany sides. Rosewood board and bridge. Gold Seagull tuners. Adirondack spruce bracing. 24.84" scale length. 1.8" at nut. 16" board radius. This guitar is in very good condition. It does have some light dings and scratches and some normal light wear, but is still super sharp looking. Neck is straight, the truss rod is working, and the heel is tight to the body. Frets and board are in great shape with light wear on the first couple of frets. Action is very good, 3/32" at the 12th measured from the bottom of the string to the fret. A JLD bridge doctor was added to this guitar. I'm not sure if it really needed one but it does add volume, tone, sustain, and better playability. The guitar was not altered to install the JLD. The 4th string end pin was subbed by a brass one. The original end pin will be included should you wish to remove the bridge doctor (very simple). Overall a Fantastic Seagull acoustic guitar which is Beautiful looking, great playing, and fantastic sounding. Includes an original Seagull logo made in Canada TRIC case that is in nice condition. TRIC stands for Thermally Regulated guitar case. Hermetically sealed tongue and groove all the way around the case. All reasonable offers will be considered.
