Proud to present this brand new one of a kind and one off unique MCM style 15” light up speaker cabinet! Semi open cab with small opening in front to reveal the inner blue / turquoise light and just a tad more than a half open back. Featuring a great sounding vintage 70’s heavy duty 15” cts speaker. probably around 75 to maybe 100 watts by the magnet size. I’d say safe to run with your favorite tube head/amp up to 40 watts or as an extension cab to add to your setup. The inner bulb shines through the front yet also illuminates the walls behind it. You can also put it flat again the wall if experimenting with more closed back sound options. Handmade by the rotary connection from all repurposed vintage items. The cab was a funky vintage 50’s MCM nightstand from WARD (not Mcgomery Wards!) that I chopped up considerably and gave new life as a rock machine. Vintage funky fabric sourced out for the front cloth. Used a really interesting white frame type thing for the jack plate. High quality switchcraft jack. Full of vintage tone and mojo but made today. There’s some marks/color loss on the top from its past life nightstanding (see photos) but thats the nature of the beast with repurposing sometimes.
