I built this amp out of an old Cutty Sark box. Installed a KLD25 bass amp in it. Love the wood work. I had a professional amp repair tech go through the amp. He changed the pots and installed premium tubes. It worked great for a while. There is now some static generated. I think it’s the input jacks but I’m not an amp person.
If you know your way around amplifiers I’m sure you came isolate the issue. Anyway I think it’s an attractive fixture. I got a lot of comments when I was playing it. Comes in a really nice fitting Gator case.
DO NOT TURN THIS AMP ON WITHOUT A SPEAKER PLUGGED IN.
