I don't have all the details, but it's said (though not confirmed) that this phono equalizer was used by an American radio station in the past, specifically for the SHURE M44.
It's 117V powered and has balanced outputs. The outputs are screw-type connectors, so a modification cable is required.I think this preamplifier powerfully reproduces the sound of M44 cartridges.
It hasn't been powered on in over a year.
