This is a super cool piece from the Teisco Gen Gakki factory!
The Firstman Liverpool was manufactured by Teisco Gen Gakki in the late 1960s. Its design takes inspiration from the iconic Hofner Beatles Bass, cleverly reimagined as a six-string electric guitar with a unique visual style.
At the time, this model was available in several configurations, and this example represents the standard version. It features a bolt-on neck construction and is equipped with Teisco Gen Gakki blade pickups, delivering not only an eye-catching look but also an impressive tone.
The overall sound is bright, crisp, and jangly, with a bell-like clarity, while its appearance is undeniably striking. If you're looking for an instrument that will stand out on stage, this is an ideal choice.
Lots of wear and tear, I would said it's medium to heavy relic naturally.
Replacement bridge for better intonation.
Neck pickup ring repaired, you won't see it when pickguard on.
