Stellar Microphones CM-5 Tube Microphone package with shock mount and case

These don't pop up for sale very often. This is the Stellar CM-5 tube condenser. Many people love these mics and I am for sure a fan. At the price, I don't think you'll find a better/more useful C12-style mic. I am the second owner of this microphone - I bought it from a friend at least ten years ago. I love this mic for vocals - sounds great through my CAPI VP26's and VP28's (if those are helpful references for you) and also with my Audient ASP800 preamps. Lead and bgvs are great through this mic. I also use this for acoustic guitar and violin tracking. Always sounds great! I've heard you can swap tubes in these as well, but I've never bothered as it just sounds right to me. I am passing it along now to someone else. Comes with case, shockmount, cable, windscreen and power supply as shown in the pictures - ready to plug and play.
